For those interested in seeing what my appointments are like, I took a few pictures. My midwife comes to my house for every visit which in the winter with a toddler is nice. Like you can see in the pictures, she takes my blood pressure, temperature, checks my urine, feels Leo's size and position, measures the growth of my uterus and checks the heart rate. Isabella always gets to hold the gel for the doppler and this time even got to help get the heartbeat on the doppler. Everything is looking good these days so I am happy. I only have about 6-7 more weeks till Leo could be in our home so it is getting very exciting! We had our first Hypnobabies class Friday night and that will continue for five more weeks. There is a lot to practice but I want to try my best to make it a priority because I know that the more you practice, the more success you can have with it. Tonight Gary and I are going to actually practice our first script together where he reads things to me and gives me cues to relax. I also have some cute pictures from Christmas to post but I will wait a few days to do a new post so my blog is not too overwhelming with new things.

Have fun practicing the HypnoBabies--it put me to sleep half the time, I was so relaxed, lol. But it still worked that way.
